Claire Thomas was a Youth Service Specialist for the Smithtown Youth Bureau. On March 7, 2008 she was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia and passed away on October 4, 2009. Her family is accepting donations for her two year old daughter Hannah's college fund. |
